Why do I need a website for my business? I already have an FB/IG/TikTok page.

What is included in your package?

We offer several packages. All of them included web design, hosting, domain, SSL, SEO setup, contact form, social media integration, free email and so on. Please refer to the pricing plan for more details.

What do you mean by maintenance?

Just like a physical store, website need to be maintained. Most agencies hand off the site after launch—leaving you to handle updates, crashes, security issues, and renewal. And we know most SME business owners would not have the luxury to do so. Hence, SolBright’s packages include website maintenance so that business owners can focus on growing their businesses.

What if I don’t need your maintenance service?

Sure. We do offer one-off web design packages at the standard market rate which doesn’t include maintenance service. Contact us for more details. However, most Malaysian small businesses choose our maintenance plan for its value and a peace of mind.

Can you redesign my existing site?

Absolutely! We’ll audit your current site for issues, keep what works, improve what doesn’t, and migrate everything seamlessly.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Yes! You will need to provide us your logo, brand colors, contents (images/photos + texts in point form) if you have them. The more information you provide, the better we are able to build a site that is align with your company’s vision. Don’t have logo or contents? We do offer affordable solutions.

How long does a website take to build?

It depends. For a 1-page site, we are committed to deliver the site within 7 working days. Larger or complex sites will take a longer time.

What if I don’t like the design?

We will provide you a mock up for approval before building the site. All packages come with limited free revisions until you are satisfied.

Do you offer customized or template designs?

To make it affordable for SMEs and startups, we use high quality templates designed by third parties. You can request for certain levels of customization to suit your business needs.

Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?

Our service is non-refundable, as time and resources are allocated in advance to build your site. You may cancel future billing at any time, but payments made are final.

Do I own the website after it’s built?

Yes, absolutely. Once your website is complete, you fully own it. SolBright simply manages and maintains it on your behalf to keep everything running smoothly.

What if I want to cancel after the first year?

Our web design package is structured as a 2-year commitment — the first year covers the design and launch, while the second year includes ongoing maintenance and support. This setup ensures your site remains updated, secure, and aligned with your business goals.
Cancelling after the first year would mean ending the support early, which we don’t recommend, as it may affect your website’s performance, security, and overall success. We encourage clients to see through the full two-year plan for the best results.

What if I want to move my website to another service provider?

You’re free to move your website at any time, since you fully own it. If you decide to switch providers, we can assist the transition by preparing your site files and transferring domain ownership. However, please note that our 2-year package is a full commitment — early termination may result in losing access to managed features or support included in your plan. We always recommend completing the full term to get the most value and avoid unnecessary disruption.
